New construction offers the excitement of a fresh start, modern design, and fewer immediate maintenance concerns. It also comes with decisions that aren't always obvious from a model home tour.
Builder representatives work for the builder. My role is different. I help you evaluate the entire picture, including pricing, incentives, HOA structure, resale potential, construction timelines, warranties, and the details that can affect your long-term investment.
When appropriate, I also help clients understand opportunities that may not yet be widely marketed, while recognizing that not every property is available off-market and not every buyer needs that approach.
